These Terms of Use set the conditions for accessing Winona County Busted Mugshots. By browsing or using a search tool on the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to the private reference, not to the separate policies or systems operated by Winona County, Minnesota courts, or any other linked organization.

Winona County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with a government agency, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising or search partners provides FCRA-covered services. The site is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency, and it must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

The Site’s Limited Role
